The 3rd Meralco Technology & Innovation Summit (MTECH) 2017 event held at Meralco’s headquarters in Pasig City, Customer Frontline Solutions’ (CFS) SmileMeter was used to capture the delegates & guests experience on the MTECH 2017 Booth & Exhibit.
MTECH 2017 participants enabled to rate the event through CFS SmileMeter, a Customer Engagement Tool designed to effectively measure Customer Satisfaction Surveys.
CFS’ SmileMeter is aligned with Meralco Senior Vice President, Head of Customer Retail Services and Corporate Communication and one of CFS Board of Director Alfredo S. Panlilio, described Meralco’s drive into new technologies.
